This luxurious villa, featuring three spacious bedrooms on the first floor and an additional guest room with its own bathroom on the ground floor, is the perfect choice for a family vacation or a relaxing getaway with friends. Each bedroom on the first floor is equipped with a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a terrace offering breathtaking views of the Zadar archipelago. The bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers, and the master bedroom’s bathroom includes a freestanding bathtub and dual washbasins for extra comfort. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with televisions for entertainment. The bathrooms are well-appointed with a hairdryer, scale, bathroom amenities, bathrobes, slippers, and a vanity box for personal care needs. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining area with an attached kitchen. Villa Donata offers 600m² of private garden, complete with a 40m² heated private pool, spacious lounges, and an outdoor shower. The shaded terrace features comfortable seating and an area for outdoor dining, while the outdoor kitchen is equipped with a barbecue set for enjoying summer meals. The villa’s kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, refrigerator, freezer, wine/drinks fridge, and all standard-size appliances, including an ice cube machine. Additional amenities include a dishwasher, a combination oven and microwave, a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and egg cooker. A family kit, including a set of children’s tableware, a highchair, crib, and other items, is available upon request.
