Villa Punta Skala has been designed with luxury and comfort in mind, featuring three generously sized bedrooms on the upper floor, each with its own bathroom. Additionally, there is a guest room with a bathroom on the ground floor. This villa is the perfect choice for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing retreat. The bedrooms on the upper floor are equipped with king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms, and private terraces that offer stunning views of the Zadar archipelago. The bathrooms feature walk-in showers, and the master bathroom includes a freestanding bathtub and double sinks for added luxury. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with TVs for entertainment, while the bathrooms come with hairdryers, scales, toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, and a vanity set for your personal care needs.
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen. The villa's kitchen is fully equipped with a modern induction stove, refrigerator, freezer, wine/drinks fridge, and all standard appliances, including an ice maker. Additional amenities include a dishwasher, a combination oven/microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, and an egg cooker.
Upon request, a family kit is available, including child utensils, a high chair, a crib, and other necessary items for younger guests.
