This superb property extends over two floors and 300 square meters. It can comfortably host up to 12 people in its 6 bedrooms. Five double rooms are in the main villa and one in the side annex. On the upper floor there is a comfortable living room and two main bedrooms, equipped with king size bed, private bathroom with bathtub and shower, walk-in closet and small balcony. The living room leads to a spacious and covered terrace with seating, perfect for enjoying sun and beautiful views of the Adriatic Sea and the Dalmatian islands. On the ground floor of this beauty, you will find a spacious dining room with a table for 12 people. Right next to it is completely, professionally equipped kitchen with a large island in the middle. Here you can prepare the finest meals for your loved ones. Here you will also find three modern bedrooms. One bedroom has its own bathroom and shower, while the other two share it. To the side of the house, the villa annex holds the sixth accommodation unit including a bedroom with two twin beds which can be converted to a double, a bathroom with bathtub and a shower. In this villa you will experience elegance at its best.

Villa La Villa Exterior

A large heated private swimming pool is located on the terrace in front of the main house. It is surrounded by a lawn with a very spacious paved terrace nearby, shaded and furnished. You will be delighted by the meticulously arranged garden with Mediterranean plants and palm trees. The large shaded outdoor dining table is perfect for alfresco dinners served by your in-villa chef as the sun sets, while the poolside lounge is made for an evening aperitif and a break from the sun at lunchtime.

This comfortable and sophisticated home offers privacy to its guests. The entire property is fully fenced and upon request it is even possible to bring a pet. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has wireless internet.
