Villa Palma covers 250 square meters of living space. It can comfortably accommodate 8 people in its 4 bedrooms. All rooms are air conditioned with a king size bed and have an en suite bathroom. Bathrooms are equipped with all toiletries. The living area consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a comfortable living room. You will find all the necessary appliances in the kitchen, and the indoor dining area is for 8 people. The living room will be your oasis of relaxation on a comfortable couch with satellite TV and a stereo system. The modern design of Villa Palma will delight you.

A security deposit of EUR 2,000.00 in cash is required upon entry. It will be returned upon check-out. The villa can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday. VAT and tourist tax are included in the price. Final cleaning is included. Linen is changed every 7 days.

The guest pays 40% of the total amount at the time of booking.
This amount is immediately non-refundable.
The remaining 60% becomes non-refundable 60 days before arrival.
Cancellations after this period are not refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances
In special exceptional situations, guests may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the standard cancellation policy.
