The modernly decorated villa Croatia can comfortably accommodate 16 people. The house consists of three separate apartments, each of which has two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a living room. In the living room there is a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed for one or two people. The living room is equipped with satellite programs and a flat screen TV. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Each apartment has one bathroom equipped with basic toiletries. The entire area of the villa is air-conditioned. If you come in a larger group, with friends or family, this villa has everything for a perfect vacation.

The exterior of Villa Croatia consists of a paved courtyard with a private pool. The pool is surrounded by deck chairs for carefree enjoyment in the sun. You will be amazed by the view of the blue sea and the most beautiful sunsets. There is also a grill here so you can prepare dinners for your loved ones. An outdoor area for eating is also available. The entire area is fenced and guests are guaranteed privacy. Private free parking is located within the villa. The entire space is covered by Wi-Fi.

This amount is immediately non-refundable.
The remaining 60% becomes non-refundable 60 days before arrival.
Cancellations after this period are not refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances
In special exceptional situations, guests may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the standard cancellation policy.
