For this year's dream vacation, choose the complex of villas- Bura and Maestral. Villas Bura and Maestral are two identical villas located in the small tourist town of Marušići near Omiš. The villas are ideally located for exploring all the beauties of the central Dalmatian region. Relax all your senses and enjoy the spectacular views from the roofs of our villas.
Villas Bura & Maestral Interior
Each of the villa is located on 860 square meters and the total living space is 550 square meters. It consists of three levels connected by an elevator and stairs. Each villa can accommodate up to eight guests. It consists of three bedrooms located on the second level. Each room is air-conditioned and has an en suite bathroom. Also, all rooms have satellite TV and access to a terrace with a coffee table for two. Spend unforgettable mornings drinking coffee on the terrace, whose floors are covered with pebbles imitating Dalmatian beaches. The central and southern rooms have a king-size bed, while the northern room has two single beds that can be folded into one large double bed. The first floor of this beautiful villas is reserved for spa and wellness. There is also a spacious loggia for moments of complete relaxation and enjoyment. Wellness includes a hydromassage jacuzzi for 6 people and an experience shower with different modes of operation. The gym consists of a treadmill, an exercise bike and a multifunctional machine with weights. A fully equipped kitchen will satisfy all your needs during your stay in this villa. In addition to the kitchen, there is also a dining room for eight people. The comfortable living room opens onto a terrace with a pool where you can enjoy the view. There are also two sofas that can be stretched out and used as an extra bed for two people.
Villas Bura & Maestral Exterior
The most impressive part of this villas is the roof terrace on the third level, which offers a wonderful view of the sea and islands on one side and the mountain massif on the other. The terrace is partially covered and offers a summer kitchen with a gas grill and an outdoor dining area. Here you will surely spend pleasant evenings with a glass of good Croatian wine in your hand and the smell of the Mediterranean in the air. The outdoor heated pool is another feature for your perfect vacation. Relax on the deckchairs, hidden from people's eyes. This space offers complete privacy.
Each villa has three covered parking spaces, one of which has a charger for electric cars. An additional four parking spaces are available on the property.

A security deposit in the amount of EUR 1000,00 is paid in cash when entering the villas and will be returned at check out. PETS ARE ALLOWED UPON REQUEST. 30% discount for longer stays (28 and more nights) in the period from 07.09.2023 to 29.03.2024.

The guest pays 40% of the total amount at the time of booking.
This amount is immediately non-refundable.
The remaining 60% becomes non-refundable 60 days before arrival.
Cancellations after this period are not refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances
In special exceptional situations, guests may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the standard cancellation policy.
