Treat yourself to a perfect vacation on the island of Krk, an island known for its beautiful beaches and rich cultural heritage. Allow us to introduce you to the Villa LorKia. It is located in the small tourist town called Baška and will surely delight you with its rich offer of restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops. If you decide to spend your vacation here, you will surely take home the Baška tablet, the oldest monument of early Croatian literacy, as a souvenir.
Villa LorKia Interior
Villa LorKia is located only 500 meters from the sea and some of the most beautiful Adriatic beaches are nearby. You will be amazed by the modern design of this stunning villa. The villa can host 8 people in it`s 4 bedrooms, each equipped with a king- size bed, satellite TV and an en suite bathroom. Some rooms have access to a terrace with a wonderful view of the mountains. The living area of this beauty consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room for 8 people and a spacious living room. There is a large corner sofa in the living room and entertainment is guaranteed with satellite TV, and Netflix. For complete entertainment, there are billiards in the basement and a play area with playstation 5. In order to completely relax, there is also a sauna and jacuzzi. For those who want a slightly more active holiday, there is also a gym at their disposal.
Villa LorKia Exterior
We invite you to spend the most beautiful moments in the garden of this luxurious villa. A heated pool of 40 square meters with an counter-current swimming system will be ideal for sunny days. With your favorite book in hand, relax on the deckchairs by the pool. We know you will enjoy preparing delicious meals for your loved ones on the grill. The villa is located in a quiet area and the entire property is completely fenced so you will have privacy.
The entire house is covered by free Wi-Fi, the space is air-conditioned, you have the option of using underfloor heating and cooling for the most pleasant days. There is free private parking within the villa. We are sure that you will find everything for the perfect holidays here. In special exceptional situations, guests may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the standard cancellation policy.
