It can comfortably accommodate 8 people, but there is also the possibility for two additional people. On the ground floor of this beautiful villa there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a spacious living room. In the living room there is a large corner sofa for one to two additional guests. Here, there is also one bedroom with a bathroom and a separate toilet! On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each with a bathroom and exit to the balcony. For those who want to have fun, there is a party room with a PS 4 game console and board games and a grassy playground in the yard. For moments of complete relaxation, the sauna is at your disposal. Also, for passionate fans of sports - cycling, diving and similar, there is a sports room where guests can place their equipment so that it is not exposed to external influences. All rooms are air-conditioned and have their own stereo system. Free wireless internet is available throughout the villa. This modern and technologically advanced house has a home robot, air humidifier and boxes in the shower cabin if you want to continue the conversations in the shower! Baby cot is available on request, as well as all other accessories for children (toilet board, sink steps, high chair).

An additional 4 cars can be parked outside the yard.

Pets are allowed on request. Groups of young people are also allowed, but loud parties are prohibited after 23:00.
