About Villa
We present to you the newly built villa, Villa Kanica located only 100 meters from the sea. It is ideally located between the historic cities of Trogir and Šibenik and will satisfy all your needs.
Villa Kanica Interior
The house consists of three bedrooms with a bathroom and a wardrobe. It can accommodate up to 7 guests. On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a spacious living room where you will spend wonderful moments of relaxation. There is also a sofa bed for one additional person.
Villa Kanica Exterior
The entire exterior is beautifully decorated with a view of the olive groves. The 24 square meter pool is surrounded by deck chairs for perfect lounging in the sun. Here you can rest with your favorite book with a view of the beautiful nature. Also, in the outer part, guests have a classic grill and a dining area at their disposal, so you can indulge yourself in preparing delicious meals.
The whole house is air-conditioned and has a wi fi. Free private parking is provided within this villa.

The remaining 60% becomes non-refundable 60 days before arrival.
Cancellations after this period are not refundable.

In special exceptional situations, guests may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the standard cancellation policy.
