We present you a modern, newly built villa - Villa Godimento. This luxury villa is located only 3 km from the sea, in a small village Kučine. If you are looking for a place to escape from the city noise you are in the right place. The location of this beauty is excellent because it offers you many opportunities if you want to explore Central Dalmatia. Only 6 km away is Split, the second largest city in the Republic of Croatia and the cultural, artistic and sports center of this region. Three kilometers away is the historic town of Solin, the so-called ancient Salona. Also, just a few kilometers away there is a rich offer of restaurants and cafes, everyone can find something for themselves.

On the ground floor of this modern villa there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room for 6 people and a spacious living room. From this part is the exit to the terrace with pool.The bedrooms are located on the first floor of this villa. Each has a private bathroom and a beautiful panoramic view.

The guest pays 40% of the total amount at the time of booking.
This amount is immediately non-refundable.
The remaining 60% becomes non-refundable 60 days before arrival.
Cancellations after this period are not refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances
In special exceptional situations, guests may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the standard cancellation policy.
