The exterior of the villa is adorned with a swimming pool with eight deck chairs and a classic barbecue with an dining area. It is ideal for warm summer evenings with a glass of wine. In this villa you have three free, private parking spaces.

Bed linen is changed once a week. A baby cot is available on request. The price includes: VAT (if applicable) and tourist tax. Pets are allowed on request. The cost of additional cleaning per pet is EUR 100. Young groups are allowed on request. Villa is available only from Saturday to Saturday in period July 6 - September 24. Feeding chair is available on request. Property security deposit pay upon arrival in cash: 500,00 €.

The guest pays 40% of the total amount at the time of booking.
This amount is immediately non-refundable.
The remaining 60% becomes non-refundable 60 days before arrival.
Cancellations after this period are not refundable.

In special exceptional situations, guests may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the standard cancellation policy.
