Bed linen is changed once a week. A baby cot is available on request. The price includes: VAT (if applicable) and tourist tax. Property security deposit : 500,00 € payed upon arrival and returned at the check out. In the period from July 13 to September 7, the villa can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday. Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation rules:

-Free cancellation within 48 hours.

Full refund: get a refund of 100% of the amount you paid within 48 hours of booking confirmation.

- The guest is charged 40% of the total amount of the reservation upon confirmation of the reservation. If the guest cancels up to 60 days before the start of the reservation, he loses the right to a refund of the paid 40% of the reservation amount, except in exceptional circumstances. If the guest cancels 60 days or less before the start of the reservation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
