About Villa

We present to you a newly built villa ideal for a vacation with family or friends. Villa Cypress Estate will be your home away from home where you can completely relax and forget about everyday worries. It is located in the small tourist town of Dvornica, near the famous tourist destination of Rogoznica. This area of central Dalmatia will be an ideal starting point for exploring numerous pearls of the Croatian Adriatic. The historic cities of Šibenik and Split offer numerous sights under UNESC

Villa Cypress Estate Interior

The villa extends over 250 square meters of living space and with its 3 bedrooms can host up to a maximum of 8 guests. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, while the third is on the ground floor and has access to the terrace. All bedrooms are equipped with a king size bed, TV and have an en suite bathroom. The rooms on the first floor also have a wonderful view of the sea. They also have additional beds for two additional people on the sofa bed. In addition to the bedroom, on the ground floor is fully equipped kitchen with dining room and comfortable living room. There is also an additional toilet as well as a sauna for complete relaxation. The villa is equipped and designed with a lot of attention to even the smallest details. The spectacular stairs that extend through the villa give a special impression of luxury and beauty.

As well as the interior, special attention was paid to the exterior design of the Cypress Estate villa. We are sure that you will enjoy the land of 1250 square meters. Numerous Mediterranean plants adorn this garden and ensure that you feel like you are in a real Mediterranean paradise. The heated pool of 40 square meters surrounded by deck chairs will be a favorite place to relax and soak up the sun. A barbecue and an outdoor kitchen are at your disposal for a wonderful al fresco dining experience. The villa offers private parking as well as a garage space. It is 700 m away from the sea, and we recommend arriving by car in order to get to know all the beauties of this area with ease.
