The Villa was built in 2020. Interior of the Villa is modernly decorated and follows the world trends of modern design. This luxury Villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests , it has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. On the ground floor of the Villa there is a bedroom with shower and exit to the terrace. Upstairs are 3 luxury rooms with a king-size bed and a bathroom, all rooms has a balcony with sea views. The fourth room is also luxuriously equipped, with king size bed and private bathroom. There is also access to the terrace with jacuzzi. Each bedroom has a security safe and alarm. Villa has a modern kitchen with all the necessary accessories for preparing gastronomic delicacies and beautifully decorated dining and seating area.

The remaining 60% becomes non-refundable 60 days before arrival.
Cancellations after this period are not refundable.

In special exceptional situations, guests may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the standard cancellation policy.
