The Villa can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. It is equipped with 4 luxury rooms and 4 bathrooms, and two bedrooms have pull-out beds. Internet access extends throughout the house. The living room and kitchen extend to the ground floor of the house.

The guest pays 40% of the total amount at the time of booking.
This amount is immediately non-refundable.
The remaining 60% becomes non-refundable 60 days before arrival.
Cancellations after this period are not refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances
In special exceptional situations, guests may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the standard cancellation policy.
