Villa Marvella Interior
The interior of this beauty consists of a spacious living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room. The space will surely delight you, it is carefully planned and designed. The furniture and details are in fine neutral colors for a full experience of luxury. The villa has 395 square meters and can host 10 people in its 5 bedrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned, have a TV and an en suite bathroom. Four bedrooms have a large double bed while the fifth has two single beds. The beauty of all rooms lies in the wonderful view of the sea that extends from them. From the ground floor there is an exit to the front terrace from the kitchen as well as from the living room. For those looking for fun, billiards, darts and a also gym are available if you want a more active vacation. There is also a sauna here, for complete relaxation.
Villa Marvella Exterior
Villa Marvella is located on a property of 840 square meters. The outside part consists of a beautiful terrace on which it is private 50m² saltwater infinity swimming pool with waterfall, integrated massage jets and pool heating. The area is completely fenced and guests can enjoy privacy. Feel free to lie in the sun with the smell and sound of the sea. A grill is also available for preparing delicious meals. We invite you to spend unforgettable moments with a glass of fine Croatian wine and with a view of the infinite blue sea.

Bed linen is changed once a week. A baby cot is available on request. The price includes VAT ( if applicable ) and tourist tax. Pets are allowed on request. Deposit for damage is 1000,00 Euro, payment on arrival in cash and it will be returned at the Check out. In period of December, January, February, March and April additional pool heating at extra costs!
Cancellation Policies – For Guests

The guest pays 40% of the total amount at the time of booking.
This amount is immediately non-refundable.
The remaining 60% becomes non-refundable 60 days before arrival.
Cancellations after this period are not refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances
In special exceptional situations, guests may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the standard cancellation policy.
