1. How can I book a villa or apartment through the Luxury Croatia Retreats platform?
You can make a reservation directly through our website or mobile application.
Select your preferred property, check availability, and click “Book Now.”
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with the booking details and the property owner’s contact information.

2. Can I pay by card and is the payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through an authorized payment service provider (WSPay) that uses PCI DSS security standards and data encryption.
Luxury Croatia Retreats does not store card details. A 3% processing fee is added to the total reservation price to cover card payment costs.


3. When is my reservation considered confirmed?
Your reservation is considered confirmed once you complete the payment and receive an official confirmation email.
The confirmation will include all relevant details: property name, check-in date, total amount, and the contact information of the property owner or manager.


4. How can I contact the villa or apartment owner?
The owner’s or agency’s contact details are visible in every listing and are available before booking or payment.
You can contact them directly via email, phone, or their website link for additional information, special requests, or to arrange your arrival details.


5. Can I cancel my reservation and how does the refund process work?
Cancellations are governed by each property’s individual policy.
At the time of booking, you will clearly see whether a refund is available and under what conditions.
Luxury Croatia Retreats does not retain any funds but acts as an intermediary in the refund process between the guest and the property owner, in accordance with the property’s terms.


6. How can I be sure that a listing is authentic?
All properties and partners on Luxury Croatia Retreats undergo an internal verification process before being published.
We verify ownership, contact information, and the authenticity of the listings.
Premium and Featured villas are additionally verified and marked with special quality badges.


7. Is there customer support if I have a question or issue?
Yes. Our support team is available via email at [email protected].
We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
In urgent situations, you can also contact us through the mobile app via the “Help & Support” section.


8. How can I find the best offers or highlighted properties?
In the app, you can explore the “Featured” and “Premium” sections, showcasing hand-picked villas and apartments with the highest ratings and luxury amenities.
By filtering results by location, price, or property type, you can easily find what best suits your preferences.


9. How does Luxury Croatia Retreats use my personal data?
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Luxury Croatia Retreats d.o.o.
The information is used solely for processing reservations, communication, and transaction security.
Luxury Croatia Retreats does not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.


10. Can I use the mobile app without registering?
Yes. You can browse properties and experience listings without registration.
However, to book accommodation, save favorites, or communicate with property owners, you need to create a user account.
Registration is free and takes less than one minute.
