The Villa's remarkable location offers guests unforgettable holidays away from the crowds and noise with an endless spectacular view of the grove of olive trees and a simply breathtaking panorama.
Villa Vista Zamask Interior
The luxury villa Vista Zamask extends over 250 square meters of interior space on two floors. From the moment you step into this elegant villa, you will be enchanted by the exquisite and modern furniture and design. The living area of the villa is located on the ground floor. On one side, the living room opens out to the sunny terrace, garden and pool through glass doors, while on the other side it leads to a spectacular kitchen that provides everything you need to prepare meals for your loved ones. Comfortable armchairs and sofas are arranged throughout to create a cozy social space, while the dining area sets the scene for pleasant meals with your companions. Here you will also find a charming library, a quiet oasis for reading or working. In its three bedrooms, located on the first floor, Villa Vista Zamask can comfortably host up to 6 people. All bedrooms have an en suite bathroom and are air-conditioned. Every room offers a magical view of the landscape. In this villa, everything is designed to ensure guests the greatest comfort and an amazing stay.
Villa Vista Zamask Exterior
The exterior of Villa Vista Zamask is as impressively designed as the interior. The terrace with the pool will be a favorite place to relax. This well-equipped area provides deck chairs and sun umbrellas. The heated infinity pool will provide refreshment on hot summer days. Note, the pool is open from 01.05.- 01.10. Pool heating with heat pump on request available in May and September free of charge - weather related temperature. On the terrace is also a spacious outdoor dining area as well as a barbecue. Here you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner "al fresco" while enjoying the sun sets. A beautiful garden reaches down the hill into olive groves and forest. The area is completely fenced, this will especially appeal to those who cannot imagine a vacation without their pet. The good news is that Villa Vista Zamask accepts up to two small pets on request, with an additional charge. The villa also offers 6 bicycles for those who like to explore the local attractions more leisurely.
Villa Vista Zamask Extra Services
Included in the price of the villa is a cleaning service, 4 hours per day. Moreover, the guests of the villa have many extra services available. The cooking service, breakfast with additional charge and with prior notice. There is a bio garden available to our guests, with vegetables depending on the season. Among the other extras available: additional cleaning service, grocery shopping, organization of transfers and excursions- feel free to contact us.

The price includes residence tax and VAT. Pets are allowed on request and additional cleaning is paid €19 per pet per day. A damage deposit of €500 is given in cash at check-in and is returned upon departure if everything is OK. The price includes a housekeeper for 4 hours a day for cleaning. If guests want privacy, it is possible to arrange an appointment. In the period from May 25 to September 13, the villa can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday.

The guest pays 40% of the total amount at the time of booking.
This amount is immediately non-refundable.
The remaining 60% becomes non-refundable 60 days before arrival.
Cancellations after this period are not refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances
In special exceptional situations, guests may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the standard cancellation policy.
