Villa Stella Interior

Medium type villa Stella is a 3 bedroom villa that can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. It extends over two floors and covers 190 square meters. All bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds, air conditioning and have an en suite bathroom. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, while the third is on the ground floor. Charming villa Stella has the upstairs terrace oriented to the sea side, where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets or your morning coffee. On the ground floor is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a spacious living room. From the living room you have a direct entrance to the outside patio. There is also an additional toilet here.

The exterior of Villa Stella consists of a private swimming pool surrounded by deckchairs and a meticulously landscaped garden. A barbecue and a dining area are at your disposal for the most beautiful al fresco dining experience. Each villa has its own garage and an additional private parking space. The villas are surrounded by pine and olive trees for the most pleasant days.

The resort has a shared children's playground, bar and reception. It is located just a short walk from the beach and from the ethno-eco village of Mala Rudina and just a 5-minute drive from Stari Grad. In this villa it is possible to organize additional services for an additional charge, additional services such as food delivery to villas, arranging a trip... The security deposit is paid upon entry in cash in the amount of EUR 500.00. It will be returned at check out. The security deposit for the golf cart is EUR 1000.00. In case of damage, the guest bears the costs of repair. The golf cart is not includd in the price of the villa.

Cancellation rules:

-Free cancellation within 48 hours.

Full refund: get a refund of 100% of the amount you paid within 48 hours of booking confirmation.

- The guest is charged 40% of the total amount of the reservation upon confirmation of the reservation. If the guest cancels up to 60 days before the start of the reservation, he loses the right to a refund of the paid 40% of the reservation amount, except in exceptional circumstances.
