Villa Milla Interior

Villa Milla covers 220,00 square meters of living space. It is divided into two tastefully decorated floors. On the upper floor there are 3 comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with a queen-size bed and air-conditioned. Luxury villa Sonia has the upstairs terrace oriented to the sea side, where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets or your morning coffee. On the ground floor of this beauty is a fourth bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, a living room and an additional bathroom. In its four bedrooms, this type of villa, large, can host up to a maximum of 10 guests. An additional one to two people will be accommodated on 2 roll-out sofa beds in the living room. From the kitchen and living room is a path to a beautiful terrace.

The exterior of Villa Milla consists of a private swimming pool surrounded by deckchairs and a meticulously landscaped garden. A barbecue and a dining area are at your disposal for the most beautiful al fresco dining experience. Each villa has its own garage and an additional private parking space. In this villa it is possible to organize additional services for an additional charge, additional services such as food delivery to villas, arranging a trip... The security deposit for the golf cart is EUR 1000.00. In case of damage, the guest bears the costs of repair. The golf cart is not included in the price.

Cancellation rules:

-Free cancellation within 48 hours.

Full refund: get a refund of 100% of the amount you paid within 48 hours of booking confirmation.

- The guest is charged 40% of the total amount of the reservation upon confirmation of the reservation.
