The villa covers 120 square meters and two floors. You will be amazed by the combination of traditional and modern architecture.
It can host up to a maximum of 6 people in its three bedrooms. Two rooms are located on the first floor and the third is on the ground floor. All rooms are equipped with double beds, air-conditioned and have an en suite bathroom. The ground floor also has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a comfortable living room. During the renovation, the owners put all their love into numerous details that you will love.

The exterior is also decorated with great care and with the desire to preserve the spirit and Istrian tradition. A favorite gathering place will surely be the pool surrounded by deck chairs. At your disposal is a barbecue as well as an equipped summer kitchen with a dining area. The land is 450 square meters and is completely fenced so you can enjoy the privacy of this lovely villa. If you come with a car, free private parking is provided. There is a children's playground and a sports field nearby.
No parties are held in this villa and youth groups are not allowed.

Upon entry, it is necessary to pay a security deposit in the amount of EUR 300.00 in cash. It will be returned at Check out.
Pets are allowed only upon request.
In case that the guests are younger than 25 years, they are obliged to inform agency immediately at the reservation about the exact number of guests and their age. In this case a payment of an additional deposit might be necessary for the insurance against the property damage. Owner retain the right to reject the groups of guests younger than 25 years in case that owner has not been informed about their arrival, and in that case the guests are not entitled to a return of the paid accommodation price.
