The interior space is spread over two floors with a total area of 145 square meters. On the ground floor of this beauty is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, a comfortable living room and a toilet. There is also one bedroom with an en suite bathroom. An external staircase leads you to the upper floor. There are two bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, and a shared hallway. All bedrooms are equipped with king size beds and TV. One has an exit to a charming balcony. Each room has a pull-out sofa so that an additional three people can be accommodated.

The property of Villa Olipa covers 545 square meters. The outdoor part consists of a covered terrace, a terrace with a swimming pool and a summer kitchen with an outdoor dining room.
