Villa Antea covers 520 square meters. It can host up to a maximum of 10 guests in its 4 bedrooms. It is ideal for 8 people, but two additional beds can be provided. All bedrooms are equipped with a king size bed and have an en suite bathroom. In the bathroom with a spacious shower, you will find all the necessary toiletries. The bedrooms are spacious and luxurious, air-conditioned and have a TV. The living space of this luxurious villa consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a wonderful living room. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare a meal for your loved ones with the indoor dining area for 10 people. The spacious living room will be a favorite place to relax by the stone fireplace. A smart TV with Netflix and Playstation 5 are available as well as Homecinema. For moments of complete relaxation, a sauna is also at your disposal. The meticulously designed interior with many details will make your stay in Villa Antea unforgettable.

The outdoor part consists of a large terrace with a heated swimming pool and jacuzzi surrounded by deckchairs for pleasant moments under the sun. There is also a summer kitchen with an outdoor dining area for 12 for an al fresco dining experience. There is an outdoor shower as well as an outdoor toilet. What makes this property special and what makes this villa stand out is the green area that surrounds the house. The owners refined the area with an olive grove and a small oak forest in which they planted truffles, a well-known Istrian delicacy. In addition to olives and truffles, the garden is full of essential Mediterranean plants such as lavender, rosemary and mint... Feel free to spice up your meals. Cancellation rules:

-Free cancellation within 48 hours.

Full refund: get a refund of 100% of the amount you paid within 48 hours of booking confirmation.

- The guest is charged 40% of the total amount of the reservation upon confirmation of the reservation. If the guest cancels up to 60 days before the start of the reservation, he loses the right to a refund of the paid 40% of the reservation amount, except in exceptional circumstances.
