The luxury villa La Reina extends over two floors and has 680 square meters of living space. Large floor-to-ceiling windows give the interior space a special charm so you will not miss daylight. The price includes: manager service, housekeeper and cleaner, VAT and tourist tax, welcome package, breakfast and change of bed linen and towels if necessary. A security deposit in the amount of EUR 2000.00 is charged in cash at check-in and will be returned at check-out. In the event that arrival is prevented due to Covid 19 refund is not possible but guests are offered 2 options - choose new dates later in the same year, or transfer the dates to the following year. Reservations can only be made from Saturday to Saturday. Off-season prices on request ( October 1 - May 30). Children's equipment on request. Pets on request.
Cancellation rules:
-Free cancellation within 48 hours.
Full refund: get a refund of 100% of the amount you paid within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
- The guest is charged 40% of the total amount of the reservation upon confirmation of the reservation. If the guest cancels up to 60 days before the start of the reservation, he loses the right to a refund of the paid 40% of the reservation amount, except in exceptional circumstances. If the guest cancels 60 days or less before the start of the reservation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
