We invite you to spend your holidays in the luxurious Villa Renata. It is located in the small Istrian town of Brajkovići, which will be your oasis of peace and the ideal starting point for discovering all the beauty and sights that this area has to offer. This small Istrian place is located near the highway, about 10 minutes from Rovinj. Nearby you will find everything you need for a pleasant vacation, and the Lim bay, known for its fish and shellfish farming and quality restaurants, is just a few minutes away.
Villa Renata Interior
Villa Renata covers 160 square meters of living space. It consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It can host up to a maximum of 8 people with two extra beds. The bedrooms are located on the first floor and offer a wonderful panoramic view. They are equipped with queen size beds and have an en suite bathroom. On the ground floor of this modern villa there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a pleasant airy living room. Here you will also find a sauna for moments of complete relaxation. You will love the way the modern design is incorporated into the traditional stone construction. The glass walls will let in a large amount of daylight and make your stay perfect.

The luxury villa Renata is located on a plot of 700 square meters. The outdoor area will satisfy all your needs during your stay. A swimming pool as well as a jacuzzi are at your disposal. The meticulously arranged garden and terrace with deckchairs will be a favorite place for outdoor gatherings. Enjoy meals prepared on the grill, the outdoor dining area is waiting for you. The remaining 60% becomes non-refundable 60 days before arrival.
Cancellations after this period are not refundable.

In special exceptional situations, guests may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the standard cancellation policy.
