Villa Pardise Interior
The luxury villa Paradise is built on 4 floors and can comfortably accommodate up to a maximum of 10 guests. In the basement there is a party room equipped with billiards and a comfortable couch for movie nights. Here is also a kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining room and living room as well as an additional toilet. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The last floor hides another luxurious room with an en suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. Here you will also find a sauna for moments of complete relaxation. All bedrooms have king size bed, TV and are air-conditioned. You will be enchanted by the sea view from the upper floors. Modern and functional decoration with numerous details will make your stay perfect.

It's good to know that the yard is fenced and guests can enjoy complete privacy although the location can be busy at times. The villa has free private parking for 1 car.

The deposit in case of damage is € 1,000 and is taken by card and returned to the guest in the same way on the day of departure after verification. VAT and residence tax are included in the price. Bed linen is changed once a week. Baby cot available on request.
Cancellation rules:
-Free cancellation within 48 hours.
Full refund: get a refund of 100% of the amount you paid within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
- The guest is charged 40% of the total amount of the reservation upon confirmation of the reservation. If the guest cancels up to 60 days before the start of the reservation, he loses the right to a refund of the paid 40% of the reservation amount, except in exceptional circumstances. If the guest cancels 60 days or less before the start of the reservation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
