We present you a luxurious villa that will satisfy the needs of the most demanding guests. Villa Nancy will be your first class experience. It is located in Starigrad Paklenica. The location is excellent, near the historic town of Zadar. The villa has a view, on one side of the blue Adriatic Sea and on the other of the wild mountain Velebit. Only 150 meters from the villa is the first beach. Everyone will find something for themselves, whether you are a lover of historical sights, walks in untouched natural glades or simply relaxing and swimming.
Villa Nancy Interior
This modern beauty of exceptional design is perfectly integrated into the traditional Mediterranean ambience. It can accommodate up to 8 guests in its 4 bedrooms. All bedrooms have a king size bed and an en suite bathroom. All bathrooms have a walk-in shower, while two have a free standing bathtub. All rooms are equipped with Smart TV satellite channels, tile floor, wardrobe, clothes rack, night stand and safety deposit box. Every room opens onto a balcony with a partial seaview and with a kettle with coffee and tea the start of the day couldn't be better. The living area of Villa Nancy consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room for 8 people. Here you will find everything you need to prepare meals for your loved ones, but it is also possible to hire a private chef with surcharge. The spacious living room will be an ideal place for a lazy afternoons. The youngest will be happy to hear that the Play Station 4 is also here. The specialty of this villa is the large floor-to-ceiling glass walls that will bring maximum light into your space.

As well as the interior, great attention was paid to the exterior design. The beautiful natural stone terrace with a heated pool and jacuzzi, will surely be your favorite place on this vacation. An outdoor shower, sunbeds and umbrellas are at your disposal. With wooden barbecue and outdoor dining area for 8 persons, what more could you wish for? A meticulously landscaped garden surrounds the villa, all you have to do is relax with a glass of good Croatian wine.
The entire interior of the villa is air-conditioned. The property is completely fenced so you can enjoy complete privacy. Free private parking for 4 cars is at your disposal.

Security Bond: A credit card will be requested for at time of check in and will be used to cover incidental items such as (but not limited to): In the event that the guest cannot provide a credit card as a guarantee, a cash security deposit (500,00 €) will be required along with photo identification. This bond will then be returned on departure once the villa has been checked by villa's staff and there has been no breakage or damage incurred to the property during your stay. From June 28 to August 29 the villa can only be reserved from Saturday to Saturday. Linen change is once per week. Daily cleaning service included in the price- ground floor only, terrace and pool. Feeding chair and baby cot upon request.
Cancellation rules:
-Free cancellation within 48 hours.
Full refund: get a refund of 100% of the amount you paid within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
- The guest is charged 40% of the total amount of the reservation upon confirmation of the reservation. If the guest cancels up to 60 days before the start of the reservation, he loses the right to a refund of the paid 40% of the reservation amount, except in exceptional circumstances. If the guest cancels 60 days or less before the start of the reservation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
