It is located in the small town of Gorica near Sukošan. The location will delight you because the possibilities are truly numerous. You can visit the historic cities of Zadar and Šibenik, whose monuments are under the protection of Unesco. The enchanting natural beauty of the National Parks Plitvice Lakes, Krka, Kornati and Paklenica will not leave anyone indifferent. We recommend that you visit at least one of them.
Villa Adora Interior
Villa Adora with an area of 425 square meters guarantees a comfortable and relaxing vacation. It can accommodate up to 10 guests in its 5 bedrooms. Each room is air-conditioned, has SMART LED TV with satellite programs, a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom. One bedroom is located on the ground floor. All rooms on the first floor have access to a terrace with a coffee table. Baby cots and high chairs are available in the villa. The living area of Villa Adora consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room for 10 people. Relax in the spacious living room equipped with a large corner sofa, music system, SMART LED TV with satellite programs and all this next to the fireplace. The living space is abundant with daylight and offers access to a covered terrace. For indoor fun, villa Adora offers a "Man Cave" style entertainment room with pool table, darts, wine fridge, large SMART LED TV and Chesterfield leather seating. The youngest will be happy to know that they have Play Station 4 at their disposal. For complete relaxation, there is also a wellness area with a sauna and jacuzzi. One additional toilet is located on the ground floor of the house, while the additional bathroom is located in the wellness. Separated laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing board are at your disposal. We are sure that the luxurious, carefully designed interior will satisfy all your needs.

The luxury villa Adora is located on a property of 1154 square meters. You will enjoy the meticulously arranged yard. The heated 40,5 square meter pool surrounded by deckchairs will be a favourite place for sunbathing. The open summer kitchen and dining area will be an ideal place for evening get-togethers. Prepare grilled dishes for your loved ones. For outdoor fun, Villa Adora offers a basketball court that can be used for other sports as well as a children's playground. Lawns and traditional Mediterranean plants adorn this yard. The area is completely fenced and guests are guaranteed privacy. The entire property is covered by wi-fi. 5 parking spaces are available, 2 of which are covered. A charger for electric vehicles is at your disposal.

The villa can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday. A security deposit in the amount of EUR 1000.00 must be paid in cash upon entry. It will be returned at check out. Pets are not allowed. VAT and tourist tax are included in the price. Final cleaning is included in the price.
Cancellation rules:
-Free cancellation within 48 hours.
Full refund: get a refund of 100% of the amount you paid within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
- The guest is charged 40% of the total amount of the reservation upon confirmation of the reservation. If the guest cancels up to 60 days before the start of the reservation, he loses the right to a refund of the paid 40% of the reservation amount, except in exceptional circumstances. If the guest cancels 60 days or less before the start of the reservation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
