There are also two living rooms equipped with sofa beds that can serve as additional beds for two people. Here you will also find two fully equipped kitchens with a dining room.

Villa Zizanj Exterior

This stone beauty was built on a private plot of land measuring 47,500 square meters. The terrace extends around the entire house, and you will especially be delighted by its covered parts, ideal for outdoor gatherings. Although only 10 meters from the private beach, this villa also offers a swimming pool surrounded by deck chairs for carefree sunbathing. A large grill for preparing delicious meals is another benefit of this exterior.

On this islet you will find peace and you can enjoy complete privacy. Transportation by boat from Biograd is provided and free of charge. If you come with your own car, parking is provided in Biograd for an additional fee. The villa has a boat mooring that you can use for free. It is also possible to rent a boat with a skipper in agreement with the owner. If you decide to spend your vacation on this island, dolphins will be your regular visitors. For those who want to discover the natural beauty and sights of this part of the Adriatic, Kornati National Park are nearby and the cities of Zadar and Šibenik are up to 50 km away.

Due to the specificity of the location, drinking water here is obtained from two sources - rainwater and seawater for desalination. Electricity is obtained from solar systems.
