It is located in the quiet Basini bay, just 50 meters from the sea. You will be amazed by this architectural gem, which is perfectly integrated into the natural environment and at the same time offers you a luxurious vacation in a modern villa.
Villa Estate da Noi Interior
Villa Estate da Noi is ideal for eight guests in its four bedrooms. The rooms are located on the first floor and all have an en suite bathroom. Also, all rooms are air-conditioned and have a large double bed. The large windows that let in a lot of light will be the best wake-up call in the days you spend in this wonderful villa. Enjoy the wonderful panoramic view. On the ground floor of this beauty, you will find everything you need for a perfect vacation. What will leave you breathless is the heated overflow pool with massage jets located in the very center of the interior space. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a beautifully decorated living room. After a delicious meal, take a break, satellite TV and Netflix are at your disposal, feel free to stretch out on the sofa. Further down on the ground floor you can find a Finnish sauna.

From the living room there is an exit to the terrace where is another heated swimming pool with sea water. Deckchairs for carefree sunbathing are at your disposal, relax under the clear Dalmatian sky... Parking for 4 cars is available on the property itself. The entire area has Wi-Fi. It will certainly be difficult to decide between the sauna, indoor or outdoor swimming pool and the sea that is just outside. What a sweet pain!
The villa is located in the quiet town of Vrboska and from here you can explore the whole of sunny Hvar. The famous tourist destinations of Jelsa and Stari Grad are only a few kilometers away. The possibilities on this island are numerous, from rich nightlife to beautiful nature- get to know all the beauties of this pearl.

1 well behaved pet up to 5 kg is allowed for an additional cost of 50 euro per pet per week. Bed linen is provided and changed once a week. In the period from 01.01 to 31.05. and 20.09.- 31.12. possible reservation for 2 nights - the price is increased by 30%.
Cancellation rules:
-Free cancellation within 48 hours.
Full refund: get a refund of 100% of the amount you paid within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
- The guest is charged 40% of the total amount of the reservation upon confirmation of the reservation. If the guest cancels up to 60 days before the start of the reservation, he loses the right to a refund of the paid 40% of the reservation amount, except in exceptional circumstances. If the guest cancels 60 days or less before the start of the reservation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
