Two bedrooms have a king size bed, while the remaining two have 2 single beds that can be joined into a double bed. This five-star villa can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. Both rooms with a king size bed have access to a balcony with a wonderful view of the sea. The ground floor of this modern luxury villa consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, a home theater and a gym. In the kitchen you will find many accessories and appliances that will help you prepare the finest dishes, while the dining room is designed for 10 people. The exterior of the luxury villa Spuga is decorated with a heated swimming pool that you can enjoy both in the off-season and the pre-season. The climate of this area is mild and you will certainly enjoy it if you arrive outside the peek of the season. By the pool there are deckchairs for lazing under the sun. A barbecue and a covered dining area are at your disposal. The entire property is completely fenced and offers privacy. Free private parking is available.
