We present to you the luxurious villa Bura. It is located in Marušići, a small tourist town near Omiš. The villa was designed and built in such a way that it fits nicely into the Mediterranean environment. The owner's wish is for the villa to be as environmentally friendly as possible, and a charger for electric cars is available.
Villa Bura Interior
The villa is located on 860 square meters and the total living space is 550 square meters. It consists of three levels connected by an elevator and stairs. This villa can accommodate up to eight guests. It consists of three bedrooms located on the second level. Each room is air-conditioned and has an en suite bathroom. Also, all rooms have satellite TV and access to a terrace with a coffee table for two. Spend unforgettable mornings drinking coffee on the terrace, whose floors are covered with pebbles imitating Dalmatian beaches. The central and southern rooms have a king-size bed, while the northern room has two single beds that can be folded into one large double bed. The first floor of this beauty is reserved for spa and wellness. There is also a spacious loggia for moments of complete relaxation and enjoyment. Wellness includes a hydromassage jacuzzi for 6 people, a Finnish sauna and a hammam from the top manufacturer Effegibi, a relaxation room with a heated floor and an experience shower with different modes of operation. The gym consists of a treadmill, an exercise bike and a multifunctional machine with weights. A fully equipped kitchen will satisfy all your needs during your stay in this villa. In addition to the kitchen, there is also a dining room for eight people. The comfortable living room opens onto a terrace with a pool where you can enjoy the view. There are also two sofas that can be stretched out and used as an extra bed for two people.

The most impressive part of this villa is the roof terrace,third level, which offers a wonderful view of the sea and islands on one side and the mountain massif on the other. The terrace is partially covered and offers a summer kitchen with a gas grill and an outdoor dining area. Here you will surely spend pleasant evenings with a glass of good Croatian wine in your hand and the smell of the Mediterranean in the air. The outdoor heated pool is another feature for your perfect vacation. Relax on the deckchairs, hidden from people's eyes. The space offers complete privacy.

The city of Omiš is just a few minutes' drive away and offers a handful of sports, cultural and gastronomic attractions. A security deposit in the amount of EUR 500,00 is paid in cash when entering the villa and will be returned at check out. PETS ARE ALLOWED UPON REQUEST.
Cancellation rules:
-Free cancellation within 48 hours.
Full refund: get a refund of 100% of the amount you paid within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
- The guest is charged 40% of the total amount of the reservation upon confirmation of the reservation. If the guest cancels up to 60 days before the start of the reservation, he loses the right to a refund of the paid 40% of the reservation amount, except in exceptional circumstances. If the guest cancels 60 days or less before the start of the reservation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
