We present to you the luxurious 4-star villa Maestral. It is located in the small tourist town of Marušići near Omiš. The possibilities for an active holiday in this area are great.
Villa Maestral Interior
The villa is located on 860 square meters and the total living space is 550 square meters. It consists of three levels connected by an elevator and stairs. On the first level there is a wellness. Wellness includes a hydromassage jacuzzi for 6 people, a Finnish sauna and a hammam by the top manufacturer Effegibi and an experience shower with different modes of operation. The gym consists of a treadmill, exercise bike and multifunctional weight device. Additionally, there is a 28 sqm loggia with 4 deck chairs and 2 deck chairs inside for relaxing. There are two separate toilets. There are three bedrooms on the second level. Each room is air-conditioned, has an en suite bathroom and access to a beautiful terrace with a heated pool. Also, every room has a coffee table for two and a safe. Two rooms have king size beds while the third room has two single beds that can be joined into a king size bed. The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV with satellite programs and also offers access to the terrace. In the living room there are two sofa beds that can be used as an extra bed for two people. A fully equipped kitchen will satisfy all your needs. Here you can find: dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, blender, coffee machine, kettle, juicer.

The villa has three covered parking spaces, one of which has a charger for electric cars. An additional four parking spaces are available on the property.

Cancellation rules:
-Free cancellation within 48 hours.
Full refund: get a refund of 100% of the amount you paid within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
- The guest is charged 40% of the total amount of the reservation upon confirmation of the reservation. If the guest cancels up to 60 days before the start of the reservation, he loses the right to a refund of the paid 40% of the reservation amount, except in exceptional circumstances. If the guest cancels 60 days or less before the start of the reservation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
