The town of Baška is rich in pebble beaches, which are responsible for the early development of tourism in this area. Here you can find numerous cultural sights. The most famous monument found in this area is the Baška tablet, which mentions the name of the Croatian nation and the name of King Zvonimir for the first time in the Croatian language. Although the original tablet is today in Zagreb, at the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts this monument marked this place. On a plot of land of 630 square meters there is a house of 280 square meters which can comfortably host 8 people in its 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom is air-conditioned, has a king- size bed, TV with satellite programs and en suite bathroom. On the ground floor of this modern and architecturally unique villa, there is a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room for 8 people. We are sure that you will enjoy spending your days in the sunny living room with access to the terrace. with a perfect view of the mountains. Elegance and special industrial design will delight you. For moments of complete relaxation, there are sauna and jacuzzi in the basement. An entertainment area is equipped with Playstation 5, billiards and darts for all those who want to have fun. For those who prefer a more active holiday, there is also exercise equipment here.

In the outer part there is a heated swimming pool with sea water and swimming against the current. Deckchairs and an outdoor kitchen with a grill and outdoor furniture are at guests' disposal. Spend unforgettable evenings with a perfect view of the mountains.

The property is completely fenced and guests have privacy. Free private parking is provided. The entire area of the villa is air-conditioned and there is also a floor heating/ cooling system. The villa is proud of being baby friendly. Groups of young people are allowed.
