About Villa
We present you a newly built villa - Villa Rušinac. It is located in Kastel Luksic, only 50 meters from the sea. The location is ideal due to the many shops, cafes and restaurants that are accessible on foot. Also, there is a bus stop if you want to take a bus to explore nearby cities such as Trogir, Solin and Split! You will be amazed by the promenade by the sea that stretches through Kaštela.
Villa Rušinac Interior
This modern villa consists of 7 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms and 4 kitchens and it can accommodate up to 14 guests. Due to its size and spaciousness, it is ideal for family trips. Each kitchen has a separate dining area for 4-6 people. Also, there are spacious living rooms equipped with satellite TV, board games and playstation 4. On the ground floor there is also a gym equipped with weights and a stationary bike that has access to the terrace if you are for a little more active vacation. The rooms are located on the first floor, each with a private bathroom and equipped with TV. Baby cots are available subject to availability.Villa Rušinac Exterior
Relax and enjoy the completely fenced yard. There is a pool of 36 square meters. Your privacy is guaranteed and you are free to lie on deck chairs and soak up the sun. There is also a playground with artificial grass for the youngest and table tennis.The whole area is air conditioned and free wi fi is available everywhere. Private free parking is provided within the Villa.

Bed linen is changed once a week. A baby cot is available on request. The price includes VAT ( if applicable ) and tourist tax. Deposit for damage is 1000 Euro, payment on arrival in cash.

The guest pays 40% of the total amount at the time of booking.
This amount is immediately non-refundable.
The remaining 60% becomes non-refundable 60 days before arrival.
Cancellations after this period are not refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances
In special exceptional situations, guests may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the standard cancellation policy.
