We present you the newly built beautiful villa - Villa Maria. It is located in Kaštel Stari. This location is ideal because it is located between the historic cities of Split, Solin and Trogir. This position is ideal for day trips to nearby cities. There you will get an experience of the Mediterranean way of life and get to know the rich historical and cultural heritage of this area.
Villa Maria Interior
The villa is ideal for larger groups of people as it can accommodate 15 guests. It consists of seven bedrooms, each with a fully equipped bathroom. Also, each room is air conditioned. On the ground floor of this villa there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room for 15 people. There is also a spacious living room equipped with satellite TV which can also accommodate an additional two people.. For guests looking for a slightly more active holiday, there is also a recreation room with several exercise equipment.

The exterior of this luxury villa stretches over 1000 square meters and will delight you with its decoration. Guests can enjoy a 54-square-meter heated pool and sun loungers next to it. The yard offers a partial view of the sea and the mountain Kozjak. Pets are allowed in this facility and the guest is provided with a free, private parking space as well as a charger for electric cars.
