Villa Rustica Interior
The Villa spreads over 120 m2, contains 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The maximum number of guests that the Villa receives is 6 people. On the ground floor of the Villa there is a kitchen with living room and exit to the outdoor terrace with barbecue. The entire surface of the Villa is made in a cascade. On the first floor of the house there are three bedrooms with a double bed and one room with a bunk bed. The interior of the house has been carefully decorated to fully evoke the rustic look of the house. Some of the objects in the house are old over 100 years, and it represent the time in which people once lived.
The cascading position of the house and its backyard are perfectly arranged. On the first floor of the outer part there is a beautiful terrace in the shade for enjoyment on hot summer days. The second floor of the outer part is intended for swimming and sunbathing in a beautiful large pool with sun loungers. The third floor is especially prominent with old antique stone walls , that were built in the old days of Dalmatia. Small gardens, each bringing a real gastronomic pleasure, various home-grown fruits and vegetables are planted in the most natural way. Cancellation rules:
-Free cancellation within 48 hours.
Full refund: get a refund of 100% of the amount you paid within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
- The guest is charged 40% of the total amount of the reservation upon confirmation of the reservation. If the guest cancels up to 60 days before the start of the reservation, he loses the right to a refund of the paid 40% of the reservation amount, except in exceptional circumstances. If the guest cancels 60 days or less before the start of the reservation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
