About Villa
Villa Amalia is a classical mixture of modern, Mediterranean and international, presenting the inimitable external architectural solutions, combined with the local tradition and natural beauties. The spot it is situated in, has been selected precisely for its uniqueness, inviting for an unprecedented game of extraordinary colours and materials, combining the warmth of wood and hand carved stone, leaving no one indifferent.
It was built in 2014, on private premises with the surface of over 40 hectares, on the foundations of the ancient farm, which in the past century, provided shelter and safety to farmers working in fields and wine yards surrounding the house. It has been fully functional since 2015.
Villa Amalia Interior
This interesting villa can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. It has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Each room is air-conditioned and has a double bed. The interior also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a nice living room.
Villa Amalia Exterior
On the spacious terrace there is a swimming pool with deck chairs. We invite you to relax in this oasis of peace. If you like barbecue, you have one here. The area is completely fenced and you will have privacy. Private free parking is available.
The house is located in the central, rural part of the island, on a hill safeguarding Pokrivenik, one of the most beautiful bays on the island, distant only 30 minutes from Hvar, surrounded by autochthonous vegetation and centennial pine trees. The walk to the Villa seems to be the journey back to old, remote, forgotten times.

The security deposit (1200.00 Eur) is brought in cash upon arrival, and the host, if everything is in order, returns it to the guest's account 5 days after check-out. Check-in: 17h / Check-out: 10h - svaki extra sat iznosi 200 €. Extra krevet/gost iznosi 100 € po noći po osobi. Minimum stay iznosi 7 odnosno 5 dana, u određenim periodima. Za rezervacije manje od postavljenih 7 ili 5 dana cijena je 30% veća.

This amount is immediately non-refundable.
The remaining 60% becomes non-refundable 60 days before arrival.
Cancellations after this period are not refundable.

In special exceptional situations, guests may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the standard cancellation policy.
