Villa Valiosa Interior
Villa Valiosa can host 10 people in its five bedrooms. Each room is air-conditioned, has satellite TV and en suite bathroom. There are four bedrooms on the first floor, while the fifth is on the ground floor. Four bedrooms are equipped with a large, king size bed, while the fifth has two single beds. A baby cot is available on request. On the ground floor of this luxurious villa there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a living room with a fireplace. What makes this space magnificent is the beautiful view of the sea. From every part of this ground floor, it is possible to exit to the terrace. We are sure that you will enjoy family gatherings and gatherings with friends in this carefully arranged and designed space. Bed linen is changed once a week. A baby cot is available on request. The price includes VAT ( if applicable ) and tourist tax. Pets are allowed. Deposit for damage is 1000,00 Euro, payment on arrival in cash and it will be returned at the Check out. In period of December, January, February, March and April additional pool heating at extra costs!
Cancellation rules:
-Free cancellation within 48 hours.
Full refund: get a refund of 100% of the amount you paid within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
- The guest is charged 40% of the total amount of the reservation upon confirmation of the reservation. If the guest cancels up to 60 days before the start of the reservation, he loses the right to a refund of the paid 40% of the reservation amount, except in exceptional circumstances. If the guest cancels 60 days or less before the start of the reservation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
