Each room is air-conditioned, has satellite TV and an en suite bathroom. For entertainment, the villa is equipped with billiards, darts and table football. The gym and sauna are an additional benefit of this villa.

The exterior of this beauty consists of a terrace with private 40 m² saltwater infinity swimming pool with waterfall, integrated massage jets and pool heating. The entire property is fenced and guests are provided with privacy. This villa also offers a mooring for a boat or boat rental on request. Pets are allowed on request.

Bed linen is changed once a week. A baby cot is available on request. The price includes VAT ( if applicable ) and tourist tax. Pets are allowed. Deposit for damage is 1000,00 Euro, payment on arrival in cash and it will be returned at the Check out. In period of December, January, February, March and April additional pool heating at extra costs!
Cancellation rules:
-Free cancellation within 48 hours.
Full refund: get a refund of 100% of the amount you paid within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
- The guest is charged 40% of the total amount of the reservation upon confirmation of the reservation. If the guest cancels up to 60 days before the start of the reservation, he loses the right to a refund of the paid 40% of the reservation amount, except in exceptional circumstances. If the guest cancels 60 days or less before the start of the reservation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
