The interior of this luxury villa consists of the ground floor and the first floor. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room for 10 people and a comfortable living room. You will enjoy the spacious living room with a beautiful fireplace. The space is meticulously arranged for a complete experience of luxury and elegance. There is also one bedroom here. The other four bedrooms are located on the first floor. Each room is air-conditioned, has satellite TV and an en suite bathroom. For entertainment, the villa is equipped with billiards, darts and table football. The gym and sauna are an additional benefit of this villa.
Villa Esperia Exterior
The exterior of this beauty consists of a terrace with private 40 m² saltwater infinity swimming pool with waterfall, integrated massage jets and pool heating. Treat yourself to wonderful moments on deckchairs with a spectacular view of the crystal blue sea. There is also a grill at your disposal for preparing delicious meals for your loved ones. The entire property is fenced and guests are provided with privacy. This villa also offers a mooring for a boat or boat rental on request. Pets are allowed on request.

Bed linen is changed once a week. A baby cot is available on request. The price includes VAT ( if applicable ) and tourist tax. Pets are allowed. Deposit for damage is 1000,00 Euro, payment on arrival in cash and it will be returned at the Check out. In period of December, January, February, March and April additional pool heating at extra costs!

The guest pays 40% of the total amount at the time of booking.
This amount is immediately non-refundable.
The remaining 60% becomes non-refundable 60 days before arrival.
Cancellations after this period are not refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances
In special exceptional situations, guests may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the standard cancellation policy.
